1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are between you and Precision Haul and Dump LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Utah limited liability company. By using this website or submitting a booking request, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we do

We provide dump trailer rental, material hauling, and construction debris removal in Utah County, Utah, using a single 7×14 dump trailer. We serve areas outside Utah County when we can, subject to a distance-based fuel charge (section 4). Because we operate one trailer, availability is genuinely limited and dates fill up.

3. Bookings are requests until we confirm them

Submitting the form on this site sends us a request, not a guaranteed reservation. A booking is confirmed when we confirm it with you and your payment clears. The times shown as available on the booking form reflect our calendar at the moment the page loaded — a slot can be taken by someone else while you're filling out the form, and if that happens we'll tell you and help you find another time.

We may decline or cancel a request if the date isn't actually workable, the site can't be safely accessed, the load falls outside what we can legally haul, or the information given to us turns out to be inaccurate. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

4. Pricing and payment

• $175 self-load — we drop the trailer, you fill it, we haul it away.
• $195 assisted — includes a 30-minute assisted loading window.
• Fuel charge outside Utah County — $2.50 per mile of round-trip driving distance between our shop in Saratoga Springs and your job site. We work it out and tell you the amount before we send your invoice; it appears as its own line on the invoice, never folded into the rental price.
• Additional rental days must be arranged in advance and are billed separately.

Prices shown on this site are current as of the effective date above and may change. The price we quote when we confirm your booking is the price that applies to it. Payment in full is due before drop-off, by invoice through Square. Your trailer is scheduled once payment clears.

Additional charges may apply for prohibited or restricted materials, overloading beyond the trailer's rated capacity, refrigerant-containing appliances, tires, electronics, extra days, or any landfill fee, fine, or cleanup cost caused by what was loaded. We'll tell you about a charge like this as soon as we know about it.

5. Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows

• 24 hours or more before your scheduled drop-off: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours before drop-off: a cancellation fee of 50% of the rental price applies, and the rest is refunded. We operate one trailer, and a same-day cancellation usually means the day can't be refilled.
• No-show or inaccessible site: if we arrive and can't place the trailer — nobody there, the spot is blocked, or the location isn't usable — it's treated as a cancellation inside 24 hours.
• If we can't make it: weather, road conditions, equipment trouble, or anything else on our end — you choose a full refund or a reschedule, no fee either way.

6. What we need from you

• You're at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• The information you give us is accurate — especially the address, the access details, and what you're loading.
• The drop-off spot is accessible, safe, and able to bear the weight of a loaded trailer, and you've told us about any underground utilities, septic systems, sprinklers, or other hazards.
• You've handled any permits or HOA approvals needed to place the trailer, particularly on or across public property.
• You keep prohibited materials out of the trailer, load within the weight limit, and load evenly.
• You're reachable by phone on the day of your rental.

7. What can and can't go in the trailer

Our Restricted & Prohibited Items page is part of these Terms. Some materials can't be hauled at all, and some need to be arranged in advance for an added fee. If prohibited material shows up in the load, we may refuse to haul it, remove it at your cost, or pass through any resulting landfill fee, fine, or cleanup cost. Not sure about something? Ask before you load it.

8. The Rental Agreement controls the rental

Before drop-off you sign our Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver, which governs the rental itself — responsibility for the trailer while it's in your possession, weight limits and prohibited materials, property and surface damage from placement, assumption of risk, release, and indemnification. Those terms are part of your booking. Where these Terms of Service and the signed Rental Agreement conflict, the signed Rental Agreement controls.

9. About the information on this site

We keep this site accurate, but capacities, weights, dimensions, turnaround times, and load estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Actual capacity depends heavily on what you're loading — concrete, dirt, and roofing reach the weight limit long before they fill the trailer by volume. Photos are illustrative. We may change pricing, availability, service areas, or any other content on this site at any time.

10. Using this site

The content, design, text, and code on this site belong to Precision Haul and Dump LLC. You're welcome to read it, print it, and share a link. Please don't copy it for a competing business, scrape it, or reuse it commercially without permission.

Please also don't submit false or automated booking requests, interfere with the booking system, or try to gain access to any part of it you weren't given. Bookings are held for real customers.

11. Third-party services

Payments run through Square and our scheduling runs on Google's services. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies, and we don't control them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and aren't endorsements.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will always be available, error-free, or that the availability shown will be current to the minute.

To the fullest extent Utah law allows, our total liability for any claim arising out of this website or a booking made through it is limited to the amount you paid us for that rental. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost time, lost profits, or a project delayed. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, and liability related to the rental itself is addressed in the signed Rental Agreement.

13. Electronic records and signatures

You agree that we can communicate with you electronically, and that the agreements, confirmations, and receipts we send by email satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. When you check the agreement box and type your full legal name, that typed name is your legal electronic signature and carries the same effect as a handwritten one.

14. Governing law and where disputes are handled

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms, this website, or a booking will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah, and both of us consent to those courts.

Before that, please call us. Nearly everything gets sorted out with a phone call.

15. General

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing something right away doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and your signed Rental Agreement, are the entire agreement between us about the website and your booking.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in effect when you booked applies to that booking.
